One Of The Way To Remove Bacteria From Fruits And Veggies.

Fruits and Vegetables

One of the reasons to buy organic fruits and vegetables is because we think they are clean and not covered with chemicals and pesticides like the rest. But this is not entirely true. Organic plants are not grown the same way as the conventional ones. They are cultivated with natural soil enhancers and fertilisers like worm castings, bone meal or manure. But it is still possible that they contains traces of chemicals or pesticides on their surface.

If you want to clean your fruits and vegetables properly, make a scrub using baking soda which is a natural element found dissolved in mineral springs. You can find this ingredient in every store and it is very cheap. It is also a very efficient bio pesticide which prevents the growth of different viruses, fungi and bacteria. Add baking soda in some water to get a paste, and then use the paste to clean the fruits and vegetable from the chemicals and pesticides on their surface.
